[摘要] 通过分析结构部分抗震（抗侧）体系的楼板平面刚度及抗震（抗侧）性能，论证了一多层板-柱结构旧仓库按局部加固或局部重建进行改扩建的可行性。并通过改扩建设计中合理选择竖向荷载的传递，使加固工作量进一步减少和集中。

Abstract: studied the rigidity of floor slab and seismic property of a partial strengthened slab-column structure which is an old storehouse, to get the feasible conclusion that the partial strengthened or rebuilt structure could satisfy the present Chinese codes and specifications. And the strengthening work could be further concentrated and excluded by skillfully organizing some upper structures to transfer the vertical loads to designated lower columns.
