(1 现代设计集团上海民港国际建筑设计有限公司,上海200011;2 上海维固工程实业有限公司,上海200235)[摘要] 本文结合实际改建工程,对旧房中的预应力空心板楼面进行加固处理,使其在荷载增加、板肋被开洞打断等情况下仍能满足承载力等要求。因预制板的加固无规范依据,工程中通过现场载荷试验,进行了预应力空心板加固前后的结构性能检测,试验证明加固后的预制板能够满足使用要求。

The precast prestressed hollow floorslab in the old building need to be strengthened to satisfy the demand of weight bearing because the load is increased or the rib of the hollow slab is broken by circle punching. Because there is no code description particularly on the strengthening on a precast prestressed hollow slab, a on-the-spot load test was held to inspect the performance of it before and after the strengthening. The test proves that the strengthening works and the slab after strengthening can meet the demand of use.
