[摘要] 东部华侨城旅游标志性项目大侠谷瀑布，首创在分别投入使用若干年后经两次加固改造，分别改变其使用功能，由构筑物改造为办公楼再改为五星级特色酒店，满足了业主需求，实现了建筑项目利益最大化。本文介绍了两次加固改造、结构检测的过程；结构整体抗震验算分析；植筋、粘钢、板梁切割等措施在加固改造工程中的应用。

    Structural Reinforcing Desgin and Rehabilitating about Knight Vally Falls of OCT East

Abstract: Knight Vally Falls of OCT East is landmark building, for meeting the owners and maximizing the benefits, it is rebuilded and reinforced twice after using a number of years, to chang its function separately. The two changes is structure to office building to five star hotel. This article introduce the technical measure of overall analysis, examinationg, bonded streel, cutting slab during the twice rebuilding.
