(辽宁省建筑设计研究院,沈阳110005)[摘要] 沈阳市政府大楼增层设计研究包括增层方案的比较、利用摩擦阻尼器对原三层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构进行抗震加固设计、两榀1:3比例模型的拟动力试验、增二层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构设计、增层地基承载力验算、地基变形计算分析。本文可为钢筋混凝土框架结构的抗震加固和增层设计提供参考。

( Liaoning Provincial Building Design & Research Institute, Shenyang 110005 , China)Abstract: The design and research of increasing floor of the government building in Shenyang include the comparison of increasing floor programs, the reinforcing design using friction dampers on the original three - story frame structure, the two 1:3 scale models of the pseudo - dynamic test, the design of the frame structure which increased two floors, checking the bearing capacity of foundation soil, calculating the settlement of foundation. The article provides the excellent example for the seismic reinforcing and the increasing floor design of frame structures.
