(南京市建筑设计研究院有限责任公司,南京210005)[摘要] 新百三期塔楼是在已建二期塔楼(八层)上进行续建,已建的二期部分塔楼设计依据是“89”系列规范,因续建后总高度和总面积的增加、两次设计执行规范的差异、超限高层抗震性能设计的要求,需对已建部分的框架柱、梁柱节点和核心筒进行加固。着重介绍了柱身、梁柱节点、核心筒加固设计原则、目的和方法。

Because of the increase of total height and gross area after subsequent construction, the difference between two designs carried out by different standard, and the request for ultra limited high-level earthquake-resistance performance design, the core tube, the constructed frame column and the beam column node must be reinforced. Emphasize the design principle, goal and method of the reinforcement for column, the beam column node and the core tube for the above reasons.
