基于性能抗震设计方法的几点思考

[摘要] 基于性能的抗震设计理论是目前世界各国所广泛研究的抗震设计理论。它是一种强调性能控制和资源最优化的设计观念…,较现有的抗震设计理念更为科学、合理、灵活。是未来建筑抗震设计的主要指导思想和发展方向。本文从抗震设防水平划分,性能水平制定原则和性能目标选择等方面出发,探讨了基于性能的抗震设计方法的要点,并强调构造措施对实现性能设计的重要作用。

    Considerations on Performance-based Seismic Design Method

Abstract: Performance-Based Seismic Design( PBSD) theory is a seismic design theory that is widely researched all over the world currently. It is a design concept that emphasize on performance control and resource optimization. It is more scientific, more reasonable and flexible than current seismic design concept. And it is a main guidance idea and direction of seismic design in the future. This paper discussed some key points on PBSD from aspects of seismic fortification level, principles of performance levels establishment and selection of performance objective and so on. The importance of details of seismic design to achieving performance design was also emphasized in this paper.
