温度对AFRP布配套粘结材料的力学性能影响研究

【提要】  通过不同温度条件下(常温~100℃)的芳纶纤维布配套树脂类粘结材料与钢板、混凝土之间正拉粘结强度试验和芳纶纤维布加固素混凝土梁的受弯试验,研究了环境温度对AFRP布配套粘结材料的力学性能和界面粘结性能的影响。试验分析表明,当环境温度≤70℃时,AFRP布的配套树脂胶与钢板之间的粘结强度不会发生软化现象;当温度≤60℃时,AFRP布的配套树脂胶与底胶的粘结强度不会发生软化现象。

Abstract:The experimental studies on the tensile adhesive strength between adhesives for aramid fiber reinforced plastic (AFRP) sheets and steel plate and between the adhesives and concrete are carried out at different temperatures (room temperature~100℃). The flexural experiment of strengthening concrete beams with AFRP sheet is carried out at different temperatures. The test results show that when the temperature is lower than 70℃,the adhesive strength between adhesives for AFRP sheets and steel plate won"t come into softening;when the temperature is lower than 60℃,the adhesive strength between adhesives for AFRP sheets and concrete won"t come into softening.
