用符合抗震概念设计要求的方法解决高层建筑扭转周期比超限问题

[摘要] 通过工程实例对扭转周期比超限的高层建筑进行具体分析,找出结构抗震薄弱部位,采用局部加强抗震措施且符合抗震概念设计要求的方法提高结构整体抵抗扭转效应的能力。探讨既符合国家工程建设标准又相对简单、合理、可靠的办法解决目前高层建筑中日渐增多的扭转周期比超限或结构整体抗扭刚度不足的问题。最后,提出相关建议。

Abstract: The tall building that torsional period ratio exceeded limit value is analyzed by an example of engineering, find out weak part in the structure, the method accord with seismic concept design be used to increase capacity of anti-torsion for integral structure through reinforce partial structural member. According with the criterion of engineering construction to probe into the ways which simply. rationally and reliably to solve the common problem of tall buildings that torsional period ratio exceeded limit value. Lastly, put forward some proposal.
