(1 郑州大学综合设计研究院;2 郑州大学土木工程学院,郑州450002)[摘要] 进行了7根采用HRB500级钢筋作为非预应力筋、钢绞线作为预应力筋的混凝土梁在竖向荷载作用下的受力性能试验,对预应力混凝土梁中HRB500级钢筋和钢绞线应力、混凝土应变以及裂缝和刚度变化的特点进行了分析。结果表明采用HRB500级钢筋作为非预应力筋的预应力混凝土梁工作性能良好,提出了HRB500级钢筋在预应力混凝土梁中抗拉设计强度设计值以及HRB500级钢筋部分预应力混凝土梁设计方法的建议,为HRB500级钢筋在预应力混凝土结构中的应用提供了参考依据。

(1 Zhengzhou University Multi-functional Design and Research Academy; 2 School of Civil Engineering, Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou 450002, China)Abstract: Based on the test results of 7 prestressed concrete beams using the HRB500 steel bars as nonprestressed reinforcement under flexure, the stress of nonprestressed reinforcement and prestressed strand, the strain of concrete, the rigidity and cracking resistance of the prestressed beams under loading are discussed and analyzed. The results show that the flexural behavior of the prestressed concrete beams using the HRB500 steel bars as nonprestressed reinforcement is satisfied, the design value for tensile strength of HRB500 steel bars, and the design method of the prestressed concrete beams using the HRB500 steel bars as nonprestressed reinforcement are suggested. This may be as a reference for future revision of the Chinese Design Code to use the HRB500 steel bars in prestressed concrete beams.
