变厚度预应力中空板的设计与研究

[摘要] 本文采用SlabCAD对变厚度板的内力与变形进行分析,提出了设计计算的具体要求,并得出以下结论:1)变厚度中空板是一种优化的板型,内力分布优于平板,变形特征又与平板相似,因此厚板不同于扁梁,决定了变厚度板的设计计算特点;2)变厚度板的厚板配筋是由裂缝控制等级确定的;3)中空设计不仅能减轻楼板自重,从成空截面分析,还能降低配筋量;4)厚板的高度大,又布置在板的内力较大处,适合于施加预应力,板带之间的预应力效应是相互影响的,文中给出了计算板带预应力的方程组;5)变厚度板具有较好的技术经济指标,要设计好变厚度大板,厚板不要太厚,薄板不能太薄,变厚度比应大于等于0.4。

Design and Study of Prestressed Variable Thickness Hollow Slab

Abstract: The article has been analysised to the variable thickness slab which used by SlabCAD, the specific requirement has been proposed for the design of variable thickness slab.  The conclusion as follows:l) The variable thickness hollow slab is a optimized plate type, the distribution of internal force is better than the plate, the character of deformation is similar with the plate, so the thick plate is different from the flat beam. It is determine to the character of variable thickness slab design. 2)The reinforce of variable thickness slab is determined by the degree of cracking contral. 3)The hollow design not only can lighten self-weight of the floor, but also can reduce the quantity of reinforcement by analysis of hollow section. 4) The thick strip has great height, and it has been layouted at the location of bigger internal force, it is fit for the applied prestressing force. The prestressing effect between strip has been influenced by each other, the regulation of calculating prestressing force in strips has been given in the article. 5)The variable thickness slab has good technico-economical index, The thick plate should not be too thick, if it want to well-design, the thin plate is also should net be too thin, the ratio of variable thickness should be bigger or equal t0 0.4.
