(1 国家建筑工程质量监督检验中心北京,100013;2 国联房地产公司;3 北京博程伟业国际工程咨询有限公司)[摘要] 针对一典型大跨预应力混凝土楼盖的设计问题,提出了两种可行的楼盖结构布置方案,方案一为以大跨度预应力框架梁作主梁,钢筋混凝土次梁垂直于预应力框架梁均匀布置的主次梁楼盖方案;方案二为以边框架梁为支座设置大跨预应力肋梁的肋梁楼盖方案。根据结构分析结果,对两种设计方案的结构材料用量和造价进行了对比。对比结果表明,在该典型跨度范围内,主次梁楼盖结构的受力更加合理,建造成本相对较低。

The first plan is that make frame beams as main beams, and put up secondary beams perpendicular to the frame beams. The second plan is that put up large-span prestressed concrete beams perpendicular to the frame side beams, make beams YLl and frame beams as main beams. According to the structural analysis results, the results of material usage and cost of the two plans for the floor structure scheme are compared. The comparison result shows that structural force resisting of the first plan is more reasonable, and the building cost is relatively low.
