[摘要] 根据钢结构住宅的发展现状和前景，同时总结某钢结构商住楼工程的设计实践经验，重点讨论了钢结构住宅结构设计过程中若干值得注意的问题并探讨相应技术处理方法，包括钢结构住宅结构体系的布置、构件的截面类型、不同节点形式的比较和选取、墙体材料ALC板的特点、压型钢板混凝土组合楼盖体系的构造要求以及卫生间、厨房的防水设计和在平面中位置的选择等；针对钢楼梯隔音效果差的缺点，提出了一种施工简便的楼梯做法。

    Discussions of Some Problems in Steel Residence Design

Abstract: Steel residence, with characteristic of high strength, small dimension, low weight, fast construction, good anti-earthquake performance, more industrialization, energy - saving, environmental protection, is promoting in China. In this article, some problems and technique processing method in steel residence design is discussed, including arrangement of structural system of steel residence, section type of structural member, comparing and selection of different connection type, characteristic of a wall material, ALC plate, detail of composite floor deck system, waterproof design and selection of location for toilet and kitchen. A kind of stair which is easy for construction is present, against the bad effect of sound insulation of steel stair.
