[摘要] 介绍一种多高层钢结构住宅体系。明确了构成该体系的结构体系的适用性，梁柱及其连接节点的选型和细部构造。对钢结构住宅中最重要的三板体系提出了具体的解决方案。

Abstract: One of multi-story & tall residential steel structural building systeru is introduced. Applicability of this structural system is identified. Frame, model choice and connection detail are introduced. Resolvent scheme for tri-plate system of steel structure residential building is provided.
