防恐怖爆炸设计在虹桥交通枢纽结构工程中的应用

[摘要] 提出虹桥交通枢纽工程进行防恐怖爆炸袭击设计的必要性和设计思路。介绍了通过使用安全评估的方法和有限元连续倒塌分析方法进行结构防爆炸设计目标设定和设防关键部位及结构构件的判断。介绍了防恐怖爆炸设计的设计分析方法,包括建筑物设防等级、最小安全距离、设防爆炸物当量等概念,并介绍计算结构爆炸分析工具和列举了部分分析结果。

    Application of Design Method for Hongqiao Transport Hub to Resist Terrorist Bombing

Abstract: The necessity and basic design methods for Hongqiao Transport Hub to resist terrorist bombing are elaborated. The methods about how to propose the protection standard/level and targets for Hongqiao Transport Hub and how to identify the key structure elements are introduced. The method about how to analyze the structure from being progressive collapse is demonstrated by using the FEM software. The analysis and design methods about the structure to resist blast loading are specifically introduced, including how to confirm the protection level for the critical facilities, the minimum stand off distance and the bombing size etc. Some analysis methods and analysis results are presented. In the end, the methodology of retrofitting RC columns against blast loading by steel jacket is introduced.
