(华侨大学土木学院,泉州 362021)[摘要] 在具有复杂结构特征的高层和超高层建筑中,高位转换层已是广泛采用的结构形式之一。由于转换层上、下部刚度突变,因此在地震作用下,其地震反应将相应发生突变,给结构研究和工程应用带来极大的困难和分析偏差。阐述了高位转换层对结构的不利影响,通过分析、对比和研究,以转换层上、下结构等效侧向刚度比和层间位移角比为目标,提出对结构实施“双控”的概念,克服当前采用单一目标的不足。同时,结合工程应用特点,给出了参数的取值范围,可供理论研究、工程设计与应用参考。

As a result of the sudden change of lateral stiffness of substructure and superstructure, the earthquake reaction abruptly changes correspondingly, which bring about great difficulties and deviation to research and application. The paper first expounds the bad influences of high transfer story. Then, the author raises the concept of' double control' with the ratio of lateral stiffness and story drift to eliminate disadvantages using one target. Combined with practical project, parameters of' double control' are presented at the same time, which can be referred in the theoretic investigation and design of engineering.
