(现代设计集团华东建筑设计研究院有限公司,上海200002)[摘要] 工程采用全落地剪力墙结构,建筑高度超过了《高规》规定的7度区B级高度的规定,达到175.6m。工程以专家意见为指导,采用弹性动力时程分析和弹塑性静力分析等方法研究结构在地震作用下的动力性能,研究结构的抗震构造措施,以达到结构设计的技术先进、安全适用、经济合理的要求。

The construction height surpasses B level in Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building in the seismic fortification intensity 7 area, and achieves 175. 6m. We use elastic-dynamic time-history analysis and pushover analysis under earthquake action to research the performance and seismic fortification measures.
