[摘要] 本文结合工程实例，介绍了在进行超限高层设计中，对平面及竖向均不规则的结构设计时应注意的要点。以及采用SATWE及ETABS(美国)计算软件对结构抗震进行了动力分析对比，为同类工程设计提供参考。

Structural Design of Fuzhou Shimao Zhenyuan High-rise Residential Buildings

Abstract: This paper presents the keypoints for the structural design of non-regular plan and non-regular elevation structures based on a practical engineering example. Seismic analysis are conducted to evaluate the structural behavior of the building by two kinds of suitable software. The experience from this project can be used as the reference.
