[摘要] 介绍了厦门建发大厦超高层主楼的钢管混凝土一钢梁一混凝土核心简体系结构布置、抗震分析以及弹塑性动力时称分析、主要的抗震措施及有关的结构概念设计。同时对本工程一些主要问题的处理，也进行了较详细地讨论和介绍，可供同类工程设计时参考。
