(1 中国建筑西南设计研究院有限公司,成都610081;2 茂尔盛咨询(深圳)有限公司,深圳518001)[摘要] 成都东大街综合发展项目由3栋超高层住宅组成,建筑高度超过B级。设计中采用剪力墙结构体系,有效控制了可能存在的刚度突变、扭转不规则等不利因素。本文介绍了主体结构方案的设计思路、计算方法、构造措施,采用两种软件进行对比分析,并进行了多遇地震下的弹性时程分析。

During the project designing, a series of measures were taken to effectively control the potential irregularity in stiffness and torsion. This paper emphasizes on the design idea, analysis method, and detailed measures. Two types of softwares were used to analyse the structure, and elastic time-history analysis was also done.
