[摘要] 新飞销售大楼结构设计中有许多技术难点，本文通过几个方面的研究分析，对这些技术难点作了必要的处理。在该工程的建筑结构中还有超出了常规的做法，为此采用了一些新的技术措施，从而使得结构体系即满足了建筑造型和使用功能上的要求，也确保了结构的安全可靠。工程中采用了大跨度次梁预应力楼盖结构，有效地降低梁的截面高度，确保层高和建筑物总高度的要求，此外还采用了超长混凝土结构无缝设计等新技术。该工程的综合技术性能指标非常好。

    Xinfei Sales Building Structural Design

Abstract: There has many technical difficulties in the structural design of the Xinfei sales building, we have made necessary treatment to this technical difficulties in this paper through several aspects of research and analysis. There also has some aspects beyond the conventional practice in this project, so we take some new technical measures, which causes the structure system namely to satisfy in the construction modelling and the use function request, also has guaranteed the structure's security and reliability. The project has used large-span secondary girder pre-stressed ceiling structure, which effectively reduces the beam cross-section height and ensures the total height and building height requirements. In addition, this project has also used of ultra-long seamless design of concrete structures and other new technologies. This project's comprehensive technical performance target is good.
