[摘要] 通过对青岛李沧区项目C区住宅小区的介绍，简述了本工程的设计特点。从不同建筑功能的结构选型，大底盘上高低建筑的地基基础方案及其沉降差的处理，超长地下室结构的无缝设计，抗浮稳定设计等几方面进行了阐述。

Abstract: Through the project Qingdao Licang District residential community of introduction, outlining the projects design features. From structure selection of different functional building, the foundation programs of great chassis building and the treatment of differential settlement, the basement of the structure of ultra-long seamless design, anti-floating stability design aspects are described.
