神舟科技大厦结构设计

[摘要] 神舟科技大厦地上16层,为L形不规则平面,设计对结构方案比较分析后,未对结构分缝,采取设计措施减小结构扭转效应和超长温度效应对结构带来的不利影响。本工程业主对施工工期要求非常紧张,设计充分为业主着想,不断优化结构设计,选择适合的结构体系、基础型式、楼盖方案等,使结构设计在满足结构规范要求的同时又很好地满足了建筑功能和施工进度要求。

    Structural Design of Shenzhou Building

Abstract: The structure of the Shenzhou Building spans sixteen stories above the ground level, with an L - shaped irregular plane. After thoroughly comparing the possible structural designs, instead of structural jointing, we adopted the structural designs to reduce the impact of the construction torsion effect and temperature effect. Although the project was under a tight schedule, we continuously improved and optimized the structural design, and chose the best structural and foundation types, and floor system. The structural design of the Shenzhou Building not only complied with the structural standard, satisfied the functionality needs, but also fitted into the tight project schedule. Finally, the design has fulfilled the owner's expectation.
