(中国建筑设计研究院,北京100044)[摘要] 福建大厦为B级高度钢筋混凝土高层建筑,且存在斜柱,受力复杂。结构设计时考虑到大面积填方对地下水位的抬升作用,设定了合理的抗浮设计水位。利用稳定的有利水浮力优化桩基设计,产生了显著的经济效益。分析了斜柱对结构的不利影响,并提出了减小斜柱影响的措施。

The Anti-uplift water level is amended according to the effect of large filling site. The beneficial effect of buoyancy is taken into account in the design of piles, and significant economic benefits are generated. Effects of leaning columns on structure are analyzed and some methods to weaken these adverse effects are proposed.
