(中国建筑设计研究院,北京100044)[摘要] 本工程因建筑平面功能及空间设计的需要,四层以下较空旷,结构单体较多,各单体之间连接较弱,平面、竖向均为不规则结构,四层以上通过大跨度结构使各单体连接成较规则的口字形,有利于抗震;结构形式主要选用了钢筋混凝土框架一剪力墙结构,局部采用大跨度钢桁架转换,桁架以上为钢框架结构,减轻了上部重量;在设计过程中采取了若干计算与构造措施,对个别节点进行了处理。

( China Architecture Design & Research Group, Beijing 100044)Abstract: Because of its plane function and space design required, under the fourth floor, the building is more opening, more monomer structures, the connections between monomers are weak, vertical structures are irregular. Over the fourth floor, through the long-span structures, the monomers connect into a more rules-shapes and is conducive to seismic. The building structure form mainly select reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure, and partial use of large - span steel truss conversion, more than for steel frame structure, so reducing the weight of the upper part. During the design process has taken a number of calculation and structural measures for the treatment of individual nodes.
