(现代设计集团华东建筑设计研究院有限公司,上海200002)[摘要] 大连小平岛假日公寓由两栋超高层主楼和五层大底盘裙房组成,主楼大屋面高度269. Oru。本工程采用”剪力墙-核心筒”体系,结构平面呈十字形,属于平面不规则结构。本文就本工程关键部位楼板的抗剪提出了三种设计方案。通过对比分析得出:在楼板中增设井字梁可以有效降低楼板承受的剪力,并且减少了钢筋用量,是较为安全、经济的设计方案。

The shearwall-corewall system is adopted in this engineering, in addition, the structural plan presents crisscross, and this form belongs to irregular structure. This paper proposes three design scheme with regard to the shear strength of the key position. The contrast results show that the cross beam can effectively decrease the shear force of the floor slab, the consumption of the bar also decreases. As a result, it is an economic and safe design scheme.
