某8度区超高层建筑结构方案设计

[摘要] 本文针对8度区高度超200m的某建筑结构,通过大量计算分析及提出的四项评判准则得出了采用筒中筒结构体系是较合适结构方案的结论;分析表明多筒结构能有效缓解剪力滞效应,从而极大增加结构抗侧刚度,大幅提高了该方案的最大可建高度;为在结构底部获得较大的柱网尺寸,采用了传力直接、抗震性能优越的斜撑桁架转换结构,并对其进行了深入研究,提出转换桁架上弦杆为偏心受拉构件的观点。

    Structural Scheme Design of a Super High Rise Building in 8 Degree Areas

Abstract: A super high rise building structure with the height exceeding 200 meters in 8 degree areas is studied. By virtue of large amount of computation and presented four evaluation criteria, the conclusion is derived that the tube-in-tube system is the appropriate structural scheme. Analysis shows that the multi-tube structure can effectively relieve the shear lag effect. Then, the structural lateral stiffness is enhanced, and the maximum possible height of this building is raised greatly.  To obtain a larger column network dimension, the modified scissors truss transfemng structure is adopted since it can directly transfemng the force and its seismic performance is superior. Moreover, the modified scissors truss transfemng structure are investigated profoundly, and the viewpoint is presented that the top chord in the truss is a eccentrically tensile member.
