[摘要] 国家现行的主要结构设计规范对于地下室抗浮设计和锚杆设计没有统一意见。基于实际工程，参考各地方规范，详细介绍地下室抗浮和锚杆的设计方法。系统地论述锚杆的各种布置方法及其优缺点。对三种锚杆布置方式的经济性进行对比，并提出了最佳的布置方式。

Abstract: The existing structural design codes have no uniform view on the anti-floating design of basement and anchor design. Based on a practical engineering and the local codes, the detailing design methods of anti-floating of basement and anchor were introduced. Three layout methods of anchor and the advantages and disadvantages were discussed. The economy of three layout methods was compared and the best arrangement was presented.
