嵌埋GFRP筋组合木梁抗弯性能理论分析与计算

[摘要] 采用配筋环氧砂浆板等强度置换木梁受损伤区域来修复旧木梁,以提高和改善其承载力与延性。采用有限元方法对GFRP筋修复木梁的抗弯性能进行分析模拟,并将荷载\|挠度计算曲线与相关试验进行对比,计算结果与试验吻合较好。基于有限元模型的正确性,进行了计算参数分析,讨论了木材强度、截面配筋率与配筋形式等主要参数对构件荷载\|挠度曲线的影响。根据平截面假定,采用极限强度法建立了相应的承载力计算公式,并与相关试验结果进行对比,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。

Theoretical analysis and calculation of bending timber beams rehabilitated with GFRP rods epoxy mortar plates

Abstract: To enhance and improve the strength and ductility of timber beams, a new rehabilitation system was introduced, which consists of the replacement of the decayed parts by new ones of nearly the same material, connected to the sound parts by reinforced epoxy mortar plates. The FEA software was applied to simulate the bending behavior of the composite beam rehabilitated by reinforced epoxy mortar plate. The load-displacement curves were gained, which agree well with the relative test. Based on the accuracy of the finite element model, some main calculation parameters were discussed, including timber strength, bar ratio of cross section, bar types of cross section, etc.. Under the plane assumption, the ultimate strength capacity calculation formula was established, and the calculated results agree well with the experimental results.
