预应力混凝土双向叠合板力学性能试验研究及应用

[摘要] 针对现有叠合板仅能作为单向板受力的现状,研发出一种单向底板混凝土双向叠合板专利技术,提出了该新型预应力混凝土双向叠合板的构成。进而通过一个试件的试验,研究了四边简支、均布荷载作用下该双向叠合板的受力特征、裂缝开展模式及其变形形态,结果表明,该种新型结构不仅具有普通混凝土双向板的受力特征,还具有良好的抗裂性、较大的刚度及承载能力,最后论述了该新型叠合板结构在实际工程中的应用情况。

Experimental research on mechanical performance of two-way prestressed laminated concrete slab and its application

Abstract: Considering the actuality that the current laminated concrete slab can only be used in one-way bearing mode, a new-type two-way prestressed laminated concrete slab, which is a patent technology, was put forward as well as its constitution. Though loading experiment with one specimen, the bearing characteristic, crack developing mode and deformation shape were obtained. The result indicates that the new slab structure not only has the bearing performance of general two-way concrete slab, but also has well anti-crack performance, large stiffness and bearing capacity. And finally the new-type slab structure adopted in a practical engineering was introduced.
