[摘要] 和谐家园A6座商住楼为平面不规则、竖向不规则、扭转不规则的高层建筑。设计通过优化建筑平、立面布置，均匀、连续布置剪力墙和框架柱的方法，以降低结构的不规则程度；对竖向刚度或承载力发生突变的楼层进行中震不屈服分析，并采取适当的加强措施，避免薄弱层和薄弱部位在强烈地震作用下可能造成的应力和变形集中，较大地改善了结构的抗震性能。

Abstract: Harmonious Home A6 office and residential building is a high-rise building with irregular plane, vertical irregular and torsional irregular. In order to alleviate the irregularity degree, the plane and vertical layout were optimized, and shear walls and columns were arranged uniformly and continuously. The elastic analysis of the weak layers under moderate earthquake was carried out, and some appropriate measures were adopted to avoid the stress and deformation concentration of the weak layers and weak parts, which greatly improve seismic performance of the structure.
