武汉保利广场混合减震连体高层抗震性能研究

李霆,王小南,黄银燊,袁理明,范华冰(中南建筑设计院股份有限公司,武汉 430071)[摘要] 武汉保利广场结构为核心筒偏置的非对称双塔连体结构,采用“圆钢管混凝土柱+钢梁(桁架)+混凝土筒体”混合结构。为了减小及控制结构的扭转振动,在结构中设置了粘滞阻尼器及屈曲约束支撑。采用基于性能的抗震设计思想,进行了各水准地震下的结构弹塑性分析,并进行了1:35比例的整体结构模型振动台试验,对结构体系的抗震性能进行了研究及对比分析。综合研究表明该结构能够满足不同地震水准作用下的抗震性能目标,减震效果明显。[关键词] 连体高层;弹塑性分析;消能减震;粘滞阻尼器;屈曲约束支撑;振动台试验中图分类号:TU973.1+9,TU973.3+2文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2012)12-0008-05Seismic performance study on connected double-tower structure of Wuhan Ploy Plazza with mixed energy dissipation devicesLi Ting, Wang Xiaonan, Huang Yinshen, Yuan Liming, Fan Huabing(Central-south China Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd.,Wuhan 430071, China)Abstract: Wuhan Poly Plaza is an asymmetric connected double-tower structure, each tower is consisted of concrete filled steel tubes with steel girders and concrete core walls. In order to dissipate seismic energy and to reduce torsion vibration of the structure, viscous fluid dampers and buckling restrained braces were used in the structure. Based on the performance-based seismic design concept, the elastic analysis of the structure under small earthquake and the push over analysis and elastic-plasic time-history analysis of the overall structure under seldomly occurred earthquake were also carried out. A scaled structure model with proportion of the 1:35 was made and tested on the shaking table.
