(1 同济大学建筑设计研究院,上海200092; 2 同济大学建筑工程系,上海200092)[摘要] 考虑到施工顺序和加载条件的不同、施工期间构件材料强度的发展以及混凝土的收缩、徐变时随特性等非荷载效应的影响,实际的结构效应与建立整个结构模型后获得的分析结果将存在相当大的差异。施工过程分析是复杂高层或超高层建筑结构设计的重要内容。本文通过对复杂钢框架核心筒结构进行了施工过程模拟,分析了徐变和收缩等对剪力墙变形、结构竖向差异变形、钢框架柱轴力等因素的影响,可为实际施工提供合理的参考依据。

Construction sequence analysis is important for the structural design of tall buildings. Construction analysis of a skybridge connected complex steel frame core-wall tall building is studied in this paper. The influences of shrinkage and cree Pof reinforced concrete core-wall are discussed. Some useful conclusions are obtained and can provide reasonable references for real construction.
