(中船第九设计研究院工程有限公司,上海200063)[摘要] 本文介绍了采用移动式网架结构形式来满足业主提出的功能要求的设计过程及问题的分析,阐述了移动网架屋面体系的设计思路和设计要点,以及如何利用通用的结构计算软件建立模型,对此类非常规结构类型进行模拟计算,并介绍了此工程竣工投产后的实际使用效果。本文可供今后设计类似的工业建筑时参考。

According to the producing process of the owner, moving grid roof system should be used in order to hoist components by using adjacent hoisting equipment directly from the roof, to improve the work efficiency. Therefore the design difficulty is much higher than normal workshop with fixed roof. During design process, force analysis should be considered under all kinds of conditions that produced by moving roof system. The stiffness and deformation should meet the requirement to run the moving roof properly. This article presents design process and idea of using moving grid roof system to meet the function requirement, introduces how to establish structure calculation model with general design software, and introduces using effect after construction completion. This article can be used as reference when designing similar construction.
