[摘要] 以某住宅楼工程的鉴定分析为实例，对管沟开挖施工对邻近建筑的影响情况进行了分析，指出环境温差影响是产生裂缝的主要原因，管沟施工未对住宅楼造成明显影响。同时建议住宅楼南侧管沟应尽快回填，防止继续坍塌，并对坍塌路面进行处理。鉴定方法可为同类工程事故的处理提供借鉴。

    Analysis ofinfluence on near building of trench digging

Abstract: With an example of a trench digging engineering, the influence on near building was analyzed. It is pointed out that the main reason of cracking is influence of environment temperature difference. It is suggested that trenths at south of the residential building should be filled in time to avoid continous collapse, and the collapsed pavment should be treated. This article can give some reference for similar engineering accidents.
