[摘要] 因结构本身的复杂性，高层建筑斜坡面外墙、楼板切割及后期加固改造难度很大。通过对天津某实际工程的拆除工作，认为施工中应认真执行工艺标准，并通过现场实际调查，结合施工图纸，确定切割拆除顺序，编制可行性施工方案。在对上部结构有效支顶卸荷的前提下，按“楼板一次梁一主梁一柱”的顺序逐层、分段地安全切割拆除施工。

    The construction technology of cutting floor and wallin high-rise building

Abstract: Due to the complexity of the structure, the outer wall ,floor of high-rise building on the slope surface was very difficult to cut and strengthen. The technology standards in construction should earnestly implement was determined. Through on-site an actual survey, combination of construction drawings, the order of cutting removals, construction scheme was prepared. On condition that  the superstructure were practical supported and unloaded, in the order of floor-secondary beam- main beam - pillar, layer-by-layer and sector-by-sector to cut it in safety.
