[摘要] 通过纺丝楼改造加固工程，详细介绍了预张紧钢丝绳网片-聚合物砂浆外加层加吲技术及其特点、设计计算方法、施工工艺特点等。通过对比分析，得出采用预张紧钢丝绳l网片一聚合物砂浆外加层技术对中鲈工程梁加固的合理性及可行性。

Abstract: Through the rehabilitation and reinforcement of Spinning Building project, this paper introduced the conception of technique of polymeric mortar and prestressed steel cable mesh, and the characteristics, design method and characteristics of construction technology were brought forward. Then with the comparison of other strengthening methods, it proves that the feasibility and rationality of this technique.
