预应力转换技术在原位顶升铁塔施工中的应用

[摘要] 介绍一种高效、快捷的原位提升输电线路铁塔的施工方法——“自爬式顶升法”。该法以接长的原地脚螺栓为爬杆,以螺母为崮定支点,以4个千斤项为提升设备,实施同步协调顶升操作。为保证顶升时螺杆的稳定和安全,采用了预应力转换技术。该技术成功地把大部分塔脚压力通过预应力转换结构传递给基础,从而避免螺杆受压力过大而失稳。

Abstract: An efficient, fast and in situ lifting power transmission tower construction method- self-climbing and lifting method was introduced. The method makes the original long bolt as climbing pole, nut as fixed pivot, 4 jacks as the lifting equipment, to implemente of synchronized jacking operation. The prestressed conversion technology is used to ensure the stability and security of the lifting bar. The technology has successfully passed the most pressure to the tower base through prestressed conversion frame, to avoid excessive pressure on the screw instability.
