[摘要] 包头金融文化中心是一幢多功能超高层建筑，中问塔楼与周围裙房荷载差异很大，并且该区域地基土存在软弱下卧层，使得其地基变形与承载力验算成为结构设计的一个重点，但规范中又未对带裙房超高层建筑地基验算作计算规定。文中计算方法可给其他设计者提供一个思路，供类似工程参考。

Abstract: Baotou Finance Cultural Center is a multi-cultural super high-rise building. The tower and the around building loads vary widely, and the foundation soil in the region there is weak underlying layer, making its foundation deformation and bearing capacity proven became design emphases. While the specification has not yet specific provisions of the calculation. The calculation method can provide an idea for other designers.
