[摘要] 某工程抗拔桩出现桩长不足、钢筋笼上浮等质量缺陷，导致承载力不满足设计要求。分析了缺陷产生原因，结合地质条件及工程实际，提出了采用土层锚杆的加固处理方案。

Abstract: Pile foundation defects such as depth deficiency and reinforcement cage floating occurred in a project. Soil anchors are adopted based on analysis of geotechnical report and relevant information.
