【提要】  介绍了预制现浇混凝土结构在新加坡写字楼建筑物中的应用，对预制混凝土结构的整体分析、预制构件的设计方法以及预制构件之间的连接形式做出了说明。设计实践表明，预制混凝土结构设计理论成熟、施工方法简单、经济环保，有在国内应用的价值。

Abstract:The use of precast concrete structures in office building in Singapore has been discussed，especially the analysis method of the overall building structures，the design method of the precast elements and the connection details between the precast elements. From the design and construction practice for the job，it shows that precast concrete structures are based on developed design theory，easy to build，economic and environment friendly. Precast system will be beneficial and value adding to the construction industry of China.
