(1 华南理工大学建筑特种工程公司,广州510641; 2 郑州大学土木工程学院,郑州450001; 3 广州华特建筑结构设计事务所,广州510641)[摘要] 惠州某酒店大楼高9层,建筑面积5300m2,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构、独立基础。在完成主体结构施工、砌筑砖墙时,基础不均匀沉降、楼房严重倾斜,工程被迫停工,后采用微型桩加固基础、断柱项升法实施整体纠偏,有效地控制了沉降变形、恢复了楼房的垂直度。介绍了该楼房基础加固与整体纠偏设计中涉及的关键技术问题及其解决方法,着重分析了影响基础加固方案的因素、阐述了综合评估原基础承载力和计算加固后基础承载力的方法、提出了钢一混凝土组合式项升平台的新旧混凝土界面受剪承载力计算公式,以期为以后类似工程的设计提供参考。

Upon completion of construction of the main structure, settlement and serious tilt of the building took place, and the project was forced to stop. Micro-piles were used to reinforce the foundation and the method of cutting and lifting colloms was used to correct the building. It described the key technical issues involved in the design and their solutions, including assessment of capacity of the original foundation, calculation of capacity of the reinforced foundation and shear strength formula of concrete interface for steel-concrete composite lifting platforms.
