深厚软土地基预应力管桩浮桩加固方法探讨

[摘要] 针对某高层建筑项目在预应力管桩施工中出现大量浮桩的现象,分析了浮桩的上浮规律和影响因素,并总结了浮桩的处理原则。通过对浮桩进行注浆加固及静载荷试验,结果表明:桩端后注浆法是一种处理管桩浮桩的有效工程措施。

Study on the reinforcement method of prestressed pipe pile floating in deep and thick soft soil foundation

Abstract: Aimed at the phenomena of prestressed pipe piles floating in construction of a high-rise building, the regular pattern and influence factors ofpiles floating have been studied. And some principles of the treatment have been summed up. The test of grouting reinforcement and static loading of floating pipe piles were conducted. The results indicate that pile end post-grouting technique is an effective engineermg measure to treat pipe pile floating.
