[摘要] 某办公楼受附近基坑开挖引起的地表沉降的影响，承重结构出现了明显的破损现象。同时，房屋结构经过长时间使用后，建筑材料，构件和结构会存在不同程度的损伤和性能退化。为了解该房屋结构当前的技术状况，需对其进行安全性检测鉴定工作。详细地阐述了对某办公楼的安全性检测鉴定工作，提出了相应的处理建议。

    Safety appraisal of a frame office buliding

Abstract: One office building emerged some obvious breakages in bearing structures for the effects of the surface subsidence caused by the nearby excavation. In addition, the building materials, frame members and some partial structural in this building, after a long-term service, represented different damage and performance degradation. In order to grasp the current condition of this building, some safety inspection need to be done. The safety inspection work and proposes were proposed and counter measures were suggested.
