(1 中国矿业大学力学与建筑工程学院,徐州221116; 2 深部岩土力学与地下工程国家重点实 验室,徐州221008;3国华徐州发电有限公司,徐州221166)[摘要] 在特殊工作环境的长期作用下,某火电厂卸煤沟主体结构钢筋混凝土材料、构件己出现明显的破损劣化现象,严重影响结构的安全性。为保证安全生产,对其工作环境进行了检测分析;对结构构件的表观质量及裂缝、碳化深度、抗压强度、钢筋分布及保护层厚度、钢筋锈蚀程度、动力性能与反应等进行了全面的检测分析;对主体结构进行了安全性设计复核验算。在此基础上,对主体结构的安全性进行了综合评定,针对已出现的问题提出了修复、加崮及维护建议。

To ensure the safety of the structure and normal production, inspection on the severe service environment was carried out, and also on the main structure. The inspection items of main structure included apparent characteristics, concrete carbonized depth, concrete compression strength, reinforcement arrangement, concrete cover thickness, corrosion rate of reinforcement and dynamic performance of RC members. Then design calculation and safety checking were carried out on the main structure. Based on the inspection and safety checking, safety of coal unloading chute was assessed, strengthening and maintenance methods were suggested.
