混凝土结构地震损伤程度判定方法的探讨

[摘要] 地震作用是对建筑物实际抗震能力最直接的检验。目前,在对建筑物的震损评价中,关注的重点是地震所造成的经济损失评价;对既有建筑物的抗震鉴定则并未直接涉及遭遇地震作用后的建筑物。围绕遭遇地震作用后的混凝土结构,探讨建筑物的震损程度与其实际抗震能力的关系。根据汶川地震后所开展的建筑物地震损伤调查结果,参考日本、台湾地区混凝土结构震损评价准则,相关构件试验研究成果,以及现行国家相关标准,在建立构件的地震损伤评价指标的基础上,建立楼层的地震损伤程度评价准则,从而对混凝土结构的地震损伤程度作出判定。通过对实际结构的地震损伤程度进行评价,其结果表明采用文中所提出的方法具有合理性,可供参考。

    Discussion ofjudgment method on seismic damage degree of concrete structure

Abstract: The action of earthquake may directly test the actual seismic capacity of the building .At present, in the building's earthquake damage evaluation, the key point is the econonuc loss appraisal caused by the earthquake; but the earthquake-resistant identification to existing buildings is not directly involved the buildings which experienced earthquake. Based on those concrete structures which experienced earthquake, this article discussed the relationship between the damage degree of buildings and its actual seismic capacity. According to the Wenchuan Earthquake seismic damage of buildings carried out by the findings with reference to Japan, Taiwan earthquake damaged concrete structure evaluation criteria, relevant research component testing, as well as the existing national standards, in establishing a component of the seismic damage evaluation index based on the establishment of floor level of seismic damage evaluation criteria, this article established the rule for concrete structures to determine the degree of earthquake damage. Through the actual structure to assess the extent of seismic damage, the results showed that the method proposed in this paper are reasonable for reference.
