[摘要] 在对湖南省部分县市中小学校舍抗震鉴定的工程实例总结的基础上，提出了一套对既有中小学房屋建筑抗震鉴定的框架模型，并给出了常见校舍病害的加固建议；该框架模式具有适用性广、概况性全、实用性强等优点，为全国中小学校舍工程进行抗震鉴定与加固补强提供了有益参考。

    To make up the existing earthquake proof testing and reinforced fundamental framework model

Abstract: This paper stands on the foundation of the engineering examples summaries of the middle and primary school buildings' earthquake proof in some parts of counties and cities in Hunan province, puts forwards an earthquake proof testing framework model towards the existing middle and primary school buildings, and gives reinforced suggestions against familiar school buildings' diseases or defects. This framework model has the advantage of wide application, generally summary and better practicability. It provides salutary references for national middle and primary school buildings to the earthquake proof test and reinforce.
