[摘要] 介绍了砖混结构教学楼检测鉴定的基本程序、内容和要求，重点讨论并分析了一个典型的大空间多层砖混结构教学楼的抗震检测鉴定。对同类工作有一定借鉴作用。

    Seismic detection and appraisal of the brick masonry classroom building

Abstract: A basic procedure and contents are introduced in appraisal of classroom building made by brick masonry. It discussed and analyzed emphatically the seismic-appraisal of a typical multi-storey, large-space brick masonry structure classroom building. It may provide some countermeasure to the similar work.
