[摘要] 就某学校教学楼的抗震检测鉴定实例，通过采用可靠性鉴定和抗震性鉴定相结合的工作思路进行检测与鉴定，既反映当前学校房屋的结构现状，又确定了结构的抗震性能，为学校房屋的安全使用提供科学依据。

    Research on earthquake resistance examines and appraises of a school building

Abstract: Based on a school classroom building's earthquake resistance examination appraisal example, through uses the work mentality which the reliability assessment and the anti-knocking appraisal unify to carry on the examination and the appraisal, namely reflection current school house structure present situation, also had determined the structure earthquake resistance performance, provides the scientific basis for the school house's safety handling.
