[摘要] 根据最新规范，教学用房应提高一度进行抗震设防。依据最新规范对上海市某小学教学楼进行全面结构检测和抗震鉴定，并针对鉴定结果中不符合规范要求的部分，提出补强加固建议。

Abstract: According to the lastest code,a grade must be raised for a seismic design ofteaching buildings, so anti-seismic appraisal and dynamical test of the structure must be conducted, and the paper has proposed some suggestions on reinforcing and strengthening.
