Several attention problems about seismic appraisal and reinforcing design of primary and secondary school buildings

Abstract: In order to cause the attention of engineering and technical personnel, several problems, emphases missed in current seismic appraisal and reinforcing designs of primary and secondary school buildings and total reinforcement regardless of the actual conditions of the original structure, etc, are pointed out in the paper.
